Will wonders never cease? I think I said a long time ago that we must have been separated at birth. I have been a huge James Taylor fan even before he was James Taylor. I remember in the early 70’s coming across an album in a secondhand record store on Melrose Avenue in Los Angeles. It cost me 25 cents. It was his very first vinyl album from 1968 put out by Apple Records and produced by Paul McCartney. We are less than ten minutes away from that store today. We passed it last night and it is still there!
That’s so cool that record store is still there (although vinyl is making a huge comeback) Emilio. We probably were separated at birth because we both listen to music when we want to unwind, we have the same sense of humor and we both shoot with Fuji X cameras, LOL. Not to mention we are both JT fans.
I’m listening to a youtube video of JT playing this at the GRammy’s, accompanied by YoYo Ma. Such a wonderful song to type to.
And a gorgeous image, full of color and rust
Thank you Jane 😀 When I posted this image my original thought was to have people comment and provide all the lyrics to this tune. Thank you for your contribution, LOL
You chose well Joe!

Just richness in colour, Joe. This is one of my favourite songs. I sang it to my boys when I rocked them as babies. Gentle memories ❤
