Great shot Joe, superb lighting. I too remember watching it – with my mum on our old b/w telly. Amazing times…shame it all fizzled out…

This is fantastic, Joe. I remember a set of images I had as a kid of the moon landing– color prints and they were stunning. This brings back nice memories of cherishing them. (they were lost…) Love this in monochrome.

Oh, come on Joe. Patti was out in the snow in the South Bronx and Stacy shot from indoors. And you give us One Small Step? A man on the moon? We wanted to see you shoveling snow, at least. I mean, it’s a nice photo, sure. In fact, when I look again I see it is an exceptional photo actually. Crisp, clean, great lighting…. OK, I’ll give you a pass this time.

Hello Joe:
I saw this event live in the livingroom TV set of our home. I was a kid then. Very emotional experience for NASA and the United States in the midst of the Cold War.
Thank you for all the memories.
Omar.-
