With the frozen water, the sign should read “Smooth Skating”. As usual Joe, great pictures. They always look extremely sharp and clear. How do you do it?
Thank you very much Omar 🙂 Most of the time I move the sharpness slider up just a little bit in Lightroom. I also use prime lenses a lot. The only zoom I have for the Fuji X-T1 is the 55-200, the rest if the lenses are primes with fast apertures. I also try to keep the aperture range in the f/3.5 to f/8 range to prevent diffraction. The middle apertures are usually the sweet spot on lenses.
What a great view, all the boats lined up, waiting for the ice to melt. 🙂 Wonderful winter shot Joe!
