Today I am exited to announce a new Black and White only Collective Blog we just launched called Monochromia – http://groupexpo.wordpress.com
I hope you will visit and follow us on our journey.
So I paint a little watercolor everyday, and today it happens to be the 125th anniversary of CSHL. For that reason I decided to paint it today. Of course it’s not as amazing as you photo 😉 but if you want to check it out you can see my Instagram where I upload them everyday https://instagram.com/annaneko.
By the way reading the previous comments I noticed that you haven’t visit the lab. If you want I can offer a tour since I’m a graduate student there and you could take more beautiful pictures!

I just visited your Instagram feed and I have to tell you Anna, you are selling yourself short by stating “of course it’s not as amazing as your photo”. I find your work incredible and you have a new Instagram follower.
Thank you so much for your offer of the tour of the lab and you might just get en email from me one day and I will take you up on it 🙂
Thank you again and have a great day Anna 🙂

Were these homes actually built in 1890? They’re in better shape than mine- built in 1996. Beautiful shot.

Actually they are immense buildings Emilio I shot this from across the really wide inlet on the Long Island Sound. I would have got closer but you are not allowed past the lecture hall portion of the Labs. It is a really big complex. Thanks and enjoy your evening 🙂
