    • Those are actually the highlights from the ripples in the water but being I used the maximum aperture (wide open or lowest number) on this 400mm lens they are out of focus. I’m sure someone will correct me if I am wrong but I always understood the term “bokeh” to mean the quality of the out of focus areas of the photo. Nice round pleasing or smooth out of focus area would be good bokeh and jagged irregular out of focus ares would be bad bokeh. The short answer to your question is YES, LOL 😀
