All that you touch
All that you see
All that you taste
All you feel.
All that you love
All that you hate
All you distrust
All you save.
All that you give
All that you deal
All that you buy,
beg, borrow or steal.
All you create
All you destroy
All that you do
All that you say.
All that you eat
And everyone you meet
All that you slight
And everyone you fight.
All that is now
All that is gone
All that’s to come
and everything under the sun is in tune
but the sun is eclipsed by the moon – Roger Waters

Thanks Patti 😀 Terry and I saw Roger Waters two weeks ago at the Nassau Coliseum on his Us And Them tour. He was phenomenal.

Thank you Petals 😀 Its an old song from Pink Floyd’s Dark Side Of The Moon Album. I’m going to see Roger Waters “Us And Them” concert on September 15th.

Love the lyrics from Roger Waters, very nicely paired with your photo, Joe. We just watched a Pink Floyd documentary the other day. Their music is outstanding but they didn’t age well together.

Thank you very much Klausbernd 🙂 I love Roger Waters lyrics also and I agree they didn’t age well together. Its a shame that people of such immense talent and musical ability just couldn’t get along well enough to stay together.

Perfect song for the shot! I wasn’t able to see anything cause I didn’t have the glasses but it didn’t get really dark out like I thought it would. We just had deep shadows outside for a little while. I was thinking of you trying to get a picture of it. I hope you protected your eyes or we may not see any more pictures from Joseph Giordano. Hard to take pictures if you can’t see. Lol

I wish I was in the total eclipse part of the country because this image was at the peak of the eclipse. I figured the tune was fitting 😀

I didn’t see anything except it got a little dim out with some deep shade. I’m disappointed:(. At least I got to see what was on tv and now your shot. Pretty cool. I hope you had the proper eye protection on.

Thank you Gale 😀 It only lasted about 2 minutes and I was using a Lee Big Stopper 10 stop neutral density filter on the camera in addition to the electronic shutter. I only looked at the sun on the display of the camera which was well protected by the filter.

Great photo! I saw nothing here in Las Vegas, it was raining, the light didn’t even dim.

Thank you John. It only was a partial eclipse here on Long Island but I guess its better than the rain you had in Vegas.

Oh yes indeed! The Monsoonal moisture took away any chance to see anything. But it’s sunny now!
