Thank you very much Omar π I shot this image in a greenhouse (Planting Fields Arboretum) on a slightly overcast day so the lighting was nice and even with no shadows. The X30’s are quick learners Omar π I usually shoot in aperture priority mode so I can control the depth of field and use the exposure compensation dial to get my desired “look” in the image. I find that underexposing the image by -1/3 to -2/3 of a stop usually gives me my desired effect.
Do you know what plant this is? Outstanding color — one of my favorites!

This is a very unusual looking plant. It looks like they are flower buds that haven’t opened yet and the red stems are outstanding! Nice capture!
