This is the interior of the Old South Church in Boston Massachusetts. ย The church which was built in 1669 at its original location at Washington and Milk streets, and stood for 200 years before it was lovingly disassembled and moved to its current location at Copley Place, then reassembled in 1875.

The woodwork is a sight to behold in this magnificent structure.

  1. What a priviledge to view such an aestetic architecture work. It is indeed a gorgeous building pleasing for the eye to rest on. Thank you so much for sharing, Joe. Great photographs to start my day. Congrats!

  2. It’s not only amazing how they can move such a structure, but all that wood work survived the process!! I’ve only been to Boston once, but I have heard of the church.
