Please note: beginning Friday September 19thΒ  The Visual Chronicle posting schedule will change to three times weekly instead of daily. I will post photos on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and on Fridays the weekly tutorial will continue. I would like to thank all of my followers and viewers that stopped by daily for the past two years and I would love to continue posting every day but truth be told between Monochromia and The Visual Chronicle it is just taking up too much of my time. It’s time to relax a bit after all I am retired πŸ™‚

  1. what a striking photo – so many tasty elements and it strikes a nerve with with the break in the glass – the graffiti – and the chipped paint – and the foliage – the bit of brick – the small panes of glass –

oh – and regarding the thrice weekly – that is what I am shooting for these days too. It seems like daily is not always desirable and then once a week is took little – so I like the post-thrice-a-week aim a lot too.
