Why did the turtle cross the road ? Who the hell knows ? I thought it was interesting that he caused a traffic jam because of it. He actually stopped in the middle of the road to take a breather and see what all the commotion was about too. I hope you enjoy π

I was driving on a road in the town of Islip that was right by that nature preserve with the house that has the round room and balcony and he was crossing the road. He was pretty huge too Laurie π

He was resting Barb and he just layed there as if to say why is everyone looking at me. Then he just got up and continued to cross the road. He stopped all traffic for about 10 minutes total, LOL.

Great shot! My other favorite giant reptilian monster was always Gamera, and being an owner of a tortoise and a turtle pretty much every shot of a turtle is gonna get my thumbs up anyways, but yes, this turtle seems very determined to get where he wants to go and love the riddle and story go along with it! Hahaha!
